While we were on the island of Madeira, we took part in the 2nd National Pre-Hospital Emergency Congress in Funchal. Francisco Serdoura, Rui J. Cerqueira and António Marques gave talks on technological innovation in Emergency, the role of CoLabs and Advanced Air Mobility.
We kicked off the Congress with a debriefing of “PROCIVEX24”, a tsunami drill, and continued the work with a debate on the current and future challenges of pre-hospital emergency.
At the same time, exploratory meetings were held to collaborate on various projects, helping to build a cooperative relationship with various entities with a view to exploring advanced technological solutions to improve emergency response, given the specific needs of the Autonomous Regions.
